I joined the firm in 2013 after having lived in the metropolitan Washington area for five years and having graduated from the Washington College of Law with a Master’s in Law (LL.M.) degree in international business law. My experience includes practicing law as a counsel to clients as well as in-house corporate practice.
I am a member of the New York Bar and focus my practice on corporate and transactional matters. I advise clients on corporate governance and compliance. My prior work includes complex cross-border transactions as well as domestic business projects. I have a broad range of experiences in the U.S. and international business and work with clients varying from start-ups to large and international corporations. My value to the clients includes not only legal advice, but cross-cultural and personal business experiences.
I am passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation. In addition to practicing law, I am a co-founder and CEO of Yooli Foods, LLC (www.yoolifoods.com), a food manufacturing company with innovative products and special, hand-picked team of entrepreneurs and professionals. I spend my free time learning about business, commerce, and connecting with other entrepreneurs and outside-the-box thinkers.
My combination of legal and business experiences gives me unique skills and influence. I am fluent in English and Russian languages, and also conversant in Kazakh.
